Overview

Wires and cables for electronic computers and electrical instrumentation are designed for internal wiring and interconnection of computers, electrical instruments, and related equipment.

With PVC or similar insulation materials, these cables provide stable electrical performance and structural reliability for both fixed and flexible installation applications.

Key Capabilities

  • Designed for internal wiring of electronic computers and electrical instruments
  • Suitable for fixed installation and light mobile applications
  • Stable insulation performance for signal and control circuits
  • Widely used in electronic equipment, instrumentation, and control systems

Standards

  • Manufactured according to enterprise standards

Compliant with applicable internal technical specifications

Product Identification

For multi-core (stranded) three-core group cables, "×3" in the designation indicates the three-core grouping. Other designation rules follow the paired computer cable system.

  • DJVP 5×2×0.5 mm²
  • DJVP 5×3×0.5 mm²

Operating Conditions

Multi-core Paired — Rated Voltage (AC)Up to 450 / 750 V
Multi-core Paired — Rated Voltage (DC)Up to 1000 V
Multi-core Paired — Ambient Temperature−40 °C to 50 °C
Multi-core Paired — Relative Humidity≤ 80% (fixed installation)
Multi-core Paired — Max Conductor Temperature70 °C
Multi-core Paired — Min Bend Radius (OD ≤ 25 mm)≥ 8 × cable outer diameter
Multi-core Paired — Min Bend Radius (OD > 25 mm)≥ 12 × cable outer diameter
Multi-core Stranded — Operating ConditionsGenerally the same as paired; main difference is conductor structure and core grouping

Construction & Technical Performance

Construction

  • Conductor: Stranded copper conductor
  • Insulation: PVC insulation
  • Construction: Multi-core paired or grouped core structure
  • Sheath: PVC outer sheath

Key Electrical Characteristics

Depending on the model, the cable can be supplied with the following key technical parameters:

  • Nominal cross-sectional area: 0.06 mm² to 1.5 mm²
  • Number of cores: 1 to 37 cores
  • Conductor structure and insulation thickness vary by model

Quality & Consistency

The product is manufactured under controlled and repeatable processes to ensure conductor performance, insulation quality, and structural consistency, meeting reliability and long-term stability requirements for electronic and instrumentation applications.
